What Constitutes an Emergency?

When a situation involves danger to people and property, contact the Police and/or the Fire Department first. The emergency number is: 911

When the immediate danger is over, contact Reid Property Management. Reid offers a 24-hour service to all Corporations for emergencies only. If you experience a fire, flood, roof leak, loss of power or half power (when not part of a larger area power loss),sewer back ups or a broken window that needs to be boarded up, please call the emergency line at 613-234-4449 for the immediate assistance of a contractor. An emergency means that the on-call manager must call a contractor on overtime to correct the problem.

If your call is not of an emergency nature, please leave a message on the general voice mail and your call will be forwarded to your property manager on the next business day. Please exercise common sense when determining what is and is not an emergency.
